Hello, Sometime around the 1st of July I stopped receiving the full Market Depth (have been on holiday, so not sure of exact date). I have reactivated top of book & CFE (neither of which increased my depth) and changed my Data/Trading Service to SC-All Services from TransAct... None of these things has increased/returned my market depth. I also updated to SC latest version #2285. Please advise. I LOVE your software, but have had an increasingly difficult time since paying independently from TransAct. I simply want to keep full market depth with the market depth historical graph. The Exchange Fees are due on the first of each month, which is why you lost the Market Depth at that time, as the exchange did not renew. But, when you did renew the exchange, you did not select one with the Market Depth.
