Hello Sierra charts I have just renewed my subsription on Wednesday Wednesday & Thursday all was well now Friday I have delayed data of 30mins? Any thing that can be done? Regards |

Tell us the symbol you are referring to. The delay should be 10 to 15 minutes, not 30 minutes.

ok havent paid denali not sure how much for a month says $10/month then another page says $25/month also It is valid for 1 month but cancellation says by email/telephone or without this notice I have agreed to life membership? I signed something but without having a contract law degree not actually sure Also how do I pay add credit will be going to sierra charts and not denali |

The cost for the Denali Exchange Data Feed is $10 for the data feed fee (which is part of the Package price and can be reduced by purchasing multiple months up front), plus the cost of the exchanges that you activate. The EUREX exchange is $25.00 per month. The data feed is per month and the exchange renews on the first of each month. The first month in which you activate the EUREX you will pay the full amount regardless of when you activate it in the month and you will then pay again on the first of the next month. In addition, there are no refunds, so if you cancel in the middle of the month, then it will not renew the next month, but you will not receive any funds back. These are the exchanges rules. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is from Sierra Chart, so the Data Feed Fee goes to us and the exchange fee goes to the exchange. But all payments are made to us and we take care of paying the exchanges on your behalf. Therefore, you just need to add funds to your account as you would to pay for your Package. You might be able to use the data from your broker depending on what service you are using (if it is CQG or Rithmic then it's possible, as we can get the data from them). But, you also may not be able to get the data due to multiple connections at the same time to that service. This is something you would need to ask broker about. Hello ref fees this is the reply I got from my broker Infinity 'Stephen If you go back to SC, subscribe to the standard level 5 package so you can use our data feed and will not be double billed CME data fees. If you subscribe to SC's Denali data feed, you will be charged double for CME data fees' I am on level 5 Sierra |

You will not get any delayed data if you are setup to connect to TransAct. In that case, we expect the data to be coming from TransAct or from our real-time data feeds. What is your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings set to? Are you subscribed to the TransAct data? Are you getting the real-time data or not from them?
