INTRADAY CUSTOM SYMBOLS 2nd instance only update while computer on wont fix when back on

Hello, I am getting an iswue lately which is rare with sierra chart due to how incredibly robust it is but this is a new one and i am sure it is on my end because 90% of the time it is on my end! however here is the problem. I am using some custom symbols in a second instance. they are symbols in both the main instance and the 2nd instance but they are not being run all the time in the main instance. I am seeing only lately in the past 2 or 3 days that when i turn on the computer and open sierra I am having to delete and download lots of charts to get them to populate in sierra chart. I have a lot of chart books and this NEVER happened before. Mainly though for my custom symbols i cannot even get them to populate at all especially when used as add an additional symbols study they are just a dashed line for the exact time that my computer was off. If i update my main chart above the add additional symbol study it still does not populate the custom symbol below my main chart. Any and all help woiuld be appreciated. Lastly, say esu21-cme even this symbol in my main instance does not automatically populate the time when the computer was off anymore. i need to go back and pick a time and then delete and download data to fix it. obviously this is very time consuming based on teh number of symbols. any and all help appreciated. thaqnk you |
