Trouble verifying AMP account for non-professional data

Hello, I am having trouble completing the verification of my AMP account. My AMP account is ready for platform setup which I have not completed, which I believe is correct in order to utilize the account for verification purposes? I have tried updating the account number several times over the past few days to no avail. I also tried adding AC in front of the account number as I believe somebody was recommended to do previously on this board. Any help would be appreciated! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-07-06 19:13:42

According to the AMP system, the account you entered does not exist. Please contact AMP Futures and make sure that they have created and fully activated your Trading Account. Sierra Chart Support
