I use both the Study Summary matrix and the Alert Manager. Is there a way to have the Study Summary highlight certain cells (i.e. alert is active), but not have the alert appear on the Alert Manager? Example: 1) Using the Study Subgraph Reference (referencing a spreadsheet) 2) Study Subgraph Reference activates (highlights cell in the Study Summary and triggers alert in the Alert Manager) when formula: number of contracts <5. 3) I would like for the Study Subgraph Reference to highlight the cell in the Study Summary, but not trigger an alert on the Alert Manager Important: I do not want to turn off all alerts on the Alert Manager, I basically want to filter out non-execution-specific alerts. Can you recommend a way to do this? |

You cannot prevent the message from being added to the Alert Manager, but you can prevent the sound from being generated. However, using ACSIL you can set the background color of a Study Summary cell: ACSIL Interface Members - sc.Subgraph Array: sc.Subgraph[].StudySummaryCellBackgroundColor Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
