No changes to the symbols would normally be needed. Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services And also refer to: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I have changes the service package to "Standard + Denali 6 months @ $28.80/mo" 1. Can you confirm that I am now receiving data from Denali data feed? 2. According to your pricing, the Denali data feed costs me $8/mo ($28.8/mo vs. $20.8/mo), I now realize you charge an extra $3.25/mo for the exchanges (Full CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX), I don't quite understand what is included in the $8/mo then? the total cost will be $11.25/mo, it is 3 times more expensive than the CQG data feed from AMP, can you please explain why? |

1. We can confirm that you are fully setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you should be getting the data. Although you can control whether you are getting the data from our data feeds by the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. You want this to be set to Yes in order to get the data from us (Sierra Chart). In order to verify that you are getting the data from us, refer to the end of this section of documentation that discusses the [M] after your symbol name in your chart: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services 2. There are two components to our data feeds. One is the Data Feed Fee, which is our cost for supplying the data feed, including our infrastructure cost, development, upkeep, etc. The second is the exchange fee itself. Thank you, will I be able to cancel the Denali subscription and go back to using AMP's CQG data feed? I believe you mentioned you will not be supporting it anymore. |

You can cancel the Denali Exchange Data Feed at any time and o back to using CQG data. You would just need to follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling an Exchange for the Denali Exchange Data Feed Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and do not give refunds, therefore it is best to do this on the last day of the month and start the CQG data on the first day of the next month. I believe you mentioned you will not be supporting it anymore.
There has not been any definitive statement on this at this time. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, I have just updated my service package, please confirm that I will no longer be charged for the Denali data feed and that there will not be overlapping charges, i.e. from August 1st I will only be charged $20.8 /month

I have activated the CQG data feed on the AMP website on Saturday, I still don't receive the intraday data for all symbols, e.g. /GC, /SI, /CL.. some symbols work OK, e.g. all currencies, /ES, /RTY I have notices is says '|Del' on the title bar after the symbol (see attached), is this because AMP still didn't activate all my data services or is there a setup in SC to fix this? Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
