1. We can confirm that you are fully setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you should be getting the data. Although you can control whether you are getting the data from our data feeds by the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. You want this to be set to Yes in order to get the data from us (Sierra Chart). In order to verify that you are getting the data from us, refer to the end of this section of documentation that discusses the [M] after your symbol name in your chart: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services 2. There are two components to our data feeds. One is the Data Feed Fee, which is our cost for supplying the data feed, including our infrastructure cost, development, upkeep, etc. The second is the exchange fee itself.
