Hello, I am user of Transact. Yesterday data feed for EUREX was working fine. Today i don't get any live data for Eurex. Transact has said that everything with their Eurex data feed will be working ok(after 1 July), and yesterday was ok but today not. Could you help me? |

You are currently on Service Package 3 and using EUREX data from an outside source. So this gives you a chance to change to service package 10, and obtain EUREX data from our data feed. So you should continue to receive the EUREX data, effective at this time.
