Hi, I have created an AMP futures account and deposited 200$ to it. I am trying to follow the instructions here : Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement: Instructions and trying to be verified here : https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AMPTradingAccountVerification I got a brief message (notification on same page) , verified and setting AMP account. However, my account status is still shown as unverified. Can some one please let me know what i am doing wrong here? FYI , i have only funded the account on AMP , but have not setup the platform as sierra on AMP (where you are expected to select Sierra-Denali-CQG) , not sure if this is causing the issue. I do not plan to trade via AMP , but use it only as a verification mechanism to avail lower fees for feeds/test platform. Cheers! |

You need to contact AMP about this. As they are returning that you account does not exist.
