Because i did not trade for cosiderable period of time i was denied access to live data , i am now in a position to resume trading what steps need to be taken for this to happen.Regards Patrick Vitocco

It looks like you are with AMP as your broker, and you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Back in February, AMP stopped support for this service and they should have moved your account to use CQG for order routing. As such, you should have received a set of login credentials for that CQG account. If you do not have these, then check with AMP to get them and get setup with CQG.

Once you have that information, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

Once you complete the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change the symbols to the CQG symbols.

You will then be receiving the live data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed again as well, as the issue is that you have not connected to your trading account in a long time, which the above will resolve.
