Need help, I went to renew my exchanges and i am not getting the option for my non professional subscriptions that I currently have. I need this resolved so I can trade the next session. Please enable me to sign up for non professional rate for the exchanges.

Here is a screen shot of the exchange renewal page which does not give me the option of non professional I tried to add a pdf file which shows the image but I don't see it hopefully you will get it. I made it private

I was looking through my agreements. I resigned the non professional agreement. When I went back to review it, it is saying my account is tagged as professional for some reason. My account is at Amp futures. I was originally purchasing Sierra Charts through them and when the change was made I went directly though Sierra Charts. I still have the same account at amp as a non professional. Please set my status as non professional asap as i want to trade the next session.
