I have joined the orderflow labs group. I downloaded a bunch of their chartbooks. I wanted to create a new chartbook with my old favourites and the new OrderflowLabs charts. NO NO NO...no matter how I try. 1-yes I realise that charts rely on other charts for some studies so you must make sure ALL charts are dupilicated 2-I tried duplicating each entire chartbook into the other and the same things happen. The chartbook that is being sent to other one will have some corrupt charts. the Host chartbook is not affected 3-so if I sent Oderflow to Karen the Oderflow charts are missing things or colours of bars change. If I send Karen to Orderflow some of the Karen charts come out all wonky(bars weird colours, bollinger bands added...) 4-I thought I could around this by having 2 chartbooks open at same time, but when I googled that it shows from support board that is not possible. what do I do??? |

Is all of this happening within a single instance of Sierra Chart? Do you have both Chartbooks open in the same instance? How are you duplicating the charts? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

A friend gave me the reason why, and it's flaw in your system. Namely, when you move an entire chartbook to another chartbook it reassigns those charts new chart numbers. BUT if those charts are overlayed when they get to the new chart book they a 'looking' for the old chart numbers they had in their original chartbook... You guys should change that...
