Disable the chart value window that pops up when left clicking with Crosshair?

Yes, just select Window >> Chart Values Tool to remove the tic mark next to that window option and it will not come up when you left-click to bring up the crosshairs. Note that you may need to remove the tic for the Tool Values Window or Compact Tool Values Window depending on which ones are set to be active.
