Hi, I opened the sierra platform today at 14:03 GMT, since i havent had the program open since Friday, there was a data gap since Friday, how do i get the plaform to fill in this data, i tried the in chart setting fill all bar gaps but it just inputs one large bar to fill the time between friday and today, i want to fill the gap with each bar since Friday, how do i do this? Thanks. |

The first thing is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange selection did not renew on July 1, 2021. Therefore, you need to add funds to your account and reactivate the exchange by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange next to the exchange name. Hi, i still have this same issue, getting big data gaps everytime i open the charts after being closed for a few days, im specifcally referring to F.US.CLEQ21 1 min chart, thanks.
