Hi. I am having an issue when attempting to set up Sierra for cryptocurrencies. Essentially when I adjust the tick size, all columns other than the default ones will not adjust their display to match. So instead of aggregating their information in rows to match the new tick size, they overlap on top of each other causing them to be completely unreadable. This can be seen in the attached screenshot.

A second issue I am having is that when I change the tick size to something more useful for my purposes, such as a tick size of 10 for BTC. It will reduce the number of big/ask levels being displayed to only a few. Which drastically impacts the usefulness.

I have scoured as much information as I can find on how to solve these issues but haven't been able to work it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

What you are seeing is how the system currently works. We do not aggregate the other columns.

A second issue I am having is that when I change the tick size to something more useful for my purposes, such as a tick size of 10 for BTC. It will reduce the number of big/ask levels being displayed to only a few. Which drastically impacts the usefulness.

First, go through the information here:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

But, most likely what you are seeing is what we are getting from the source.

Yes this will make sense based upon if you are using this option:
Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)
