Hi. I am having an issue when attempting to set up Sierra for cryptocurrencies. Essentially when I adjust the tick size, all columns other than the default ones will not adjust their display to match. So instead of aggregating their information in rows to match the new tick size, they overlap on top of each other causing them to be completely unreadable. This can be seen in the attached screenshot.
What you are seeing is how the system currently works. We do not aggregate the other columns. A second issue I am having is that when I change the tick size to something more useful for my purposes, such as a tick size of 10 for BTC. It will reduce the number of big/ask levels being displayed to only a few. Which drastically impacts the usefulness.
First, go through the information here: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels But, most likely what you are seeing is what we are getting from the source. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
