I am paying for service package 5 in total 35 + 10 dollars, If I want to add data feed for stocks is asking me to pay 25 dollars? is this an extra fee?

Yes that is correct at this time. And when we offer our new upcoming NASDAQ data feed, there will not be this additional cost. Although you will need to be using Service Package 11. i signed the us data agreement and received the confirmation by barchart market data but I still cant activate, is like i didnt sign, i did it 3 times . please advice

Make sure you are signing the agreement that states Market Data Agreement (With US Equities Agreement) . Our guess is that you have been signing the one without the US Equities in it.
