Sierra charts frozen

I was trading this morning and sierra charts froze around 9:45am eastern time. I checked my account and it is funded for this month and the internet connection is fine. No error message appears, just a frozen screen. i rebooted computer, loged back in and the screen is still frozen

Are you not able to interact with Sierra Chart at all, or is it just the data is not updating? Also, after rebooting, did Sierra Chart start up as you expect and then at what point did it freeze? Hello, It appears to be the data, no movement is occurring. It comes up to the same place it has been frozen on when I reboot and log back in. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
