Hello Support,

On Monday 2021-06-14, I made one trade. Entered 3 Short, eventually exited all three. The trade connecting lines are in-place and accurate for that trade.
On Tuesday, 2021-06-15, I made one trade. Entered short 3, eventually exited all three. The initial entry shows correctly on my charts as a right-facing, red arrow. I exited one of those position and this first exit shows correctly as a left-facing, red arrow, and the connecting lines from the entry to the exit are correct.

However, the the next two exits (1 contract each) are showing as right-facing green arrows, and there are no connecting lines from the initial entry to these exits.

There were no more trades until today (2021-06-17) when I noticed the short I entered had connecting lines back to this entry from Monday (scared me for a second).

I've checked the Trade Activity Log and all the trades are in there. However, one of the initial order contracts does show as Open in the order status. Do I simply need to edit that entry to reflect a status of Filled?

There is definitely a missing fill (or maybe 2) in order to deal with the two exits that are showing as entries instead. Given the time frame, the chances of that information still being with your trading service is slim, but you can try, refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Automatically Inserting Missing Order Fills

Otherwise, you would need to fill these in manually. Refer to the following:

Thanks John. I'm using SC order routing. Per the documentation, these should still be available, correct?

John, I went in to delete the records from Monday to today, but I noticed something strange. the time stamp on the trades is off by one hour. My first trade on that Monday occurred at 9:31 am. The trade logs shows 8:31 am. I did go to Global Settings>Time Zone Settings and it is set to Chicago.

For some reason, three of the charts in that instance of SC have the wrong time, and two of these charts are the charts on which trades would be placed. Other charts have the correct time. All of the charts are set the same - Charts> Chart Settings>Advanced Settings>Time Zone = Use Global Time Zone

Here's what else is interesting: The charts with the wrong time are off by 2 hours. It is 15:03:00 here right now and they are showing 13:03:00. I'm giving you the time from the info bar at the top of the chart. The scales at the bottom are showing the correct time. I'm not sure how that's even possible, but that's what I'm looking at.

Thanks
Brian

I see that Apply Intraday Session Times To Intraday Chart is not checked. Should it be?

Make sure the time zone setting in the charts is as required:
Time Zone Setting

Re-download the fills as explained here:
Trade Activity Log: Automatically Inserting Missing Order Fills

Not sure why the timestamp of fills would be wrong, not sure if that is even possible but in any case if you re-download the fills as explained in the link above, that will correct the timestamps.
