Hello. I changed my chart from 3000 Volume to 5 min time based, and unchecked "Use Evening Session". In doing so, my Trade Window DPL/NPL started to act weird. After losing a short position and loss for the day, it was showing a positive DPL.

I have tried resolving this using the simplified approach in this link, but unfortunatelyI think I am just upside down in my settings to get it right.
Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value: Resetting Daily Profit/Loss

How can I be negative for the day, but positive for the DPL? No matter what I change, I am not getting an accurate picture of my active trades DPL/NPL and the closed DPL/NLP.

See attached, and thank you in advance.

Thanks, but like I said in my previous post, I checked all those steps prior to sending in a support ticket and I am still getting the issue. Can I pay for support time tomorrow and walk it through with someone? 11:30am PT. My phone number is on the account.

We can close this. I reverted to a previous back up.
