Dear Support, as the subject title suggests, there are no values in the lines Min / Max Delta in the study Numbers Bars Calculated Values. I attached the chart to this ticket. I remember that there used to be values but I deleted them when I changed the bars from 1 min to 5 min as the values in the table did not match the actual numbers in the bars any longer. Now I have two request: 1. Can you tell me what to do to put the values for Min / Max Delta back in? 2. Can you please check, if the numbers for Min / Max Delta match the actual Min / Max Delta in the bar? Thanks a lot |

We are able to reproduce what you are seeing, but we do not know what is the cause after a quick evaluation. We will have to look into this deeper to see what is occurring. The one thing we can tell you is that if you remove either the Numbers Bars or Numbers Bars Calculated Values Study and then put it back on, it appears to "resolve" the issue. Hi there, thank you for your answer. My problem is now that I tried to delete the study and put it back on but I keep getting 0 values for the lines Max/Min Ask Vol. I attached the chartbook to my message. Any suggestions? |

Sorry it has taken a bit to figure this out, but we finally did get to the bottom of it. The issue is that you have the Numbers Bars Calculated Values Input for Based On set to the Numbers Bars. It needs to be set to the <Main Price Graph>.
