One thing we notice is you have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active but no exchanges are active. What exchanges do you want real-time data for? ---- Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
