Can't Change Data Service

Hello, I am logged in, my account is paid and had been working as of Friday. After updating to the new verision 2270, I can't change the data service setting away from DTC. It says "read only" and doesn't let me choose CQG which I have through AMP or Sierra data which I paid for 6/1 for the month. I have tried removing the entire program and reinstalling, I have tried the "new instance" and "Fast download" options, but nothing allows me to change data/trade service settings under file or global settings. please advise. |

You are in a Sub-Instance of Sierra Chart, in which case you can not change that setting. You need to be in your main instance of Sierra Chart and then go to that page and you should be able to change it there. You will want to exit from any Sub-Instances after changing the Current Selected Service and then restart them to ensure that they get the updating information.
