Hello,

I am logged in, my account is paid and had been working as of Friday. After updating to the new verision 2270, I can't change the data service setting away from DTC. It says "read only" and doesn't let me choose CQG which I have through AMP or Sierra data which I paid for 6/1 for the month. I have tried removing the entire program and reinstalling, I have tried the "new instance" and "Fast download" options, but nothing allows me to change data/trade service settings under file or global settings. please advise.
