NQ Data and RTY taking extremely long loading times

My Data feed for some of the indexes take an exceptionally long time to upload. Sometimes 3-5 minutes while others generally load in 15-20 seconds. Ideas on how to shorten that time? Also when loaded it stops and freezes up making it almost impossible to trade. Thanks.

What exactly is the loading time? Is this the time from when you open the chart until the chart becomes available? If it is the above, then how much data are you loading for these charts?
