Hi Sierra Team, In the middle of a trading session, the entire Sierra screen turned blank. All charts are of a sudden empty. Also my AMP account is suddenly not showing any more. See screenshots. When I try and load my saved charts, nothing happens. Completely shut down my computer and restarted, but still same issues. Kind regards, Martijn |

The main issue is you need to set Sierra Chart to use CQG. The Current Selected Service is not correct. Refer to: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Your Anti-Virus software is removing files that it should not be. There is definitely an issue with this, as we see the following in your Message Log: SierraChartStudies_64.dll is missing. Possibly removed by anti-malware software.
