Hi Sierra Team,

In the middle of a trading session, the entire Sierra screen turned blank. All charts are of a sudden empty. Also my AMP account is suddenly not showing any more. See screenshots. When I try and load my saved charts, nothing happens.

Completely shut down my computer and restarted, but still same issues.

The main issue is you need to set Sierra Chart to use CQG. The Current Selected Service is not correct. Refer to:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Your Anti-Virus software is removing files that it should not be. There is definitely an issue with this, as we see the following in your Message Log:
SierraChartStudies_64.dll is missing. Possibly removed by anti-malware software.

You will need to make sure that the Sierra Chart files are not being removed by your anti-virus. Refer to the following:
Software Download: Antivirus/Anti-malware Software Flagging Sierra Chart Installer or other Files as Unsafe/Infected
