Bats data feed not updating despite reconnecting several times.

I subscribed to BATS and have since only received one days data, Today I reset connection and received data which promptly stopped updating, Then reset connection several times but to no avail. I did report this yesterday to bar charts but they responded with a file of tick data that was sent to me and suggested I speak with my ISV i.e. SC. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=51322 |

That is the wrong symbol for the BATS data. You need to append a .BZ to the end of the symbol to get the BATS data. So for SPY, you would use SPY.BZ. What you are getting when you ask for SPY is the NYSE Arca historical data.
