Missing Depth Data

This Is NG you see the HM values at the end of the Bars but the actual B/A DOM values are missing.

This CL where it appears to be functioning properly?

I've DIS and RE connected to no avail.

It appears it is only the M NG as N DOM is functioning properly

EXITING COMPLETELY AND RESTART THE SOFTWARE FIXED THE ISSUE.

You failed to give me instructions on how to proceed if the issues re occurred. In the absence of them I uploaded the Logs and the scrn shot below. The issue occurs when I have a temporary internet outage. For some reason in Sub instance 2 only NG M loses the depth Data??

We need some time to look this over, but are you saying you are not seeing any current market depth data in a sub instance? If so, refer to:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Let me summarize.
There's a momentary internet disruption and upon AUTO re connection all is well except the DOM Data for NG M symbol only in sub instance 2.
Upon MANUAL disconnect and reconnect the MAIN instance the DOM Data FOR NG M for sub-2 RETURNS but only briefly. My guess is there is an issue with the Level 2 Data for NG M?
Lastly Disconnect and reconnect the sub-2 instance RESOLVES the issue.

We definitely do not see any problems with market depth data for NG futures.

Exit from the sub instance of Sierra Chart, and follow this procedure in the main instance:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And disable the use of custom symbol settings.

And make sure this option is enabled:
Global Symbol Settings: Use These Symbol Settings in New Instances When Started (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

Also there is not well implemented support for accessing historical market depth data in a sub instance. Missing historical depth data is not necessarily going to fill in.

If you still have a problem, we must do a remote assistance session as this is not really making any sense why you would have an issue like you describe.
