We definitely do not see any problems with market depth data for NG futures. Exit from the sub instance of Sierra Chart, and follow this procedure in the main instance: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And disable the use of custom symbol settings. And make sure this option is enabled: Global Symbol Settings: Use These Symbol Settings in New Instances When Started (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) Also there is not well implemented support for accessing historical market depth data in a sub instance. Missing historical depth data is not necessarily going to fill in.
