Data connection problem with TransAct / Infinity

In the past I accessed Sierra Charts through the broker TransAct / Infinity. They are still my broker and provider of trading data, but I am now a direct customer of Sierra Charts. I have just loaded Sierra Charts on to a lap-top. Following directions from the support team at TransAct / Infinity I have loaded a version called OldAT, but try as I may I cannot get the data feed to Connect. Can you please help with this? From the messages in the log, you have not entered the Trade Account information in the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. Ensure that this value is entered and is correct.
