How to cancel recurring Exhcange monthly fee?

hello, how can i cancel recurring Exchange monthly fee? I have cancelled Sierra Chart 10, but in Recurring Services table there is still the Exchange monthly fee. Also is it possible to refund my actual Service balance? If so, how? Is there any fee for that? thanks
