I'm not seeing all the available levels of market depth in some charts. How can I fix it? Thanks

There are several things happening. First, you are not fully setup properly with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to redo the Exchange Agreements and make sure you enter your FCM or Broker in the section for FCM. If you are with AMP, then entering AMP for the FCM is enough. You can access the Exchange Agreements on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Second, you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you correct the above, then let us know if you are continuing to have an issue. Done, but I have the following 'Service Connection Error': 'Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Username or password is incorrect.' I selected: - Current Selected Service(List): CQG WebAPI[trading] - Username: I wrote here my AMP Username, not my Account Number. - Passsword: *** (The one I use in AMP) - Use Trade Account Ids Instead of Names: No Saved DTS Configuration: - DTS Config(List): empty(NO IDEA) Thanks!
