There are several things happening. First, you are not fully setup properly with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to redo the Exchange Agreements and make sure you enter your FCM or Broker in the section for FCM. If you are with AMP, then entering AMP for the FCM is enough. You can access the Exchange Agreements on this page:

Second, you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:
