Yet, still unable to get live data

I must still be missing something as equities still are not "live". The historical data loads, and the charts update on 10 minute intervals, but not any more often. Any thougths as to what I have missed or done wrong? RexP |

The most likely option is that the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. Change this to Yes, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. If that is not the issue, or does not fix it, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
