Denali Renewal and Order Rejection

Hello,

I had a few renewals I needed to settle this morning. I'm wondering if I needed to pay the $10.40 Denali fee this morning as I thought it was included in the SC package I'm subscribed?

Also, I've tried to place an order this morning and received the following error below; my broker said it it likely due to the renewal and to contact SC.

The exchange fees are separate from the data feed fees and any other fees and are due on the first day of each month.

It looks like you have everything setup again with respect to your data. Let us know if you are still having an issue.

With regards to the order rejection, it looks like you may not have had the right account selected. Make sure you have the proper account selected on the Trading Window prior to placing your next order and let us know if you continue to have an issue. To check your trading account, refer to the following:
