It says it won't activate due to insufficient funds, yet renewal isn't scheduled until May 9th.

You had the following exchange active as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. You did not have sufficient funds in your account on May 1 to automatically pay for the exchange, therefore it was deactivated. Please confirm the following... Cost for SierraChart platform $26 Cost for Denali datafeed $10 Exchange fee $10 Total $46 compared to before only exchange fee of $31 so net difference before and after is $15 |

Yes, what you state is correct. Although we also want to point out that the cost for the Sierra Chart platform and the Denali data feed fee are grouped together in Packages 10, 11 and 12, and these can be discounted by purchasing 3 or 6 months up front.
