why i am being asked to pay over 31 dollars for denali exchange

Hi I had already paid for in advance for 6 months and i am being asked to pay again for denali exchange feeds. Can please explain why

There are two components to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The first is the data feed fee, which is part of the package price and is $10.00 per month when not discounted. You can reduce the cost of this fee by purchasing multiple months up front. The second component is the exchange fee itself. This fee goes to the exchange themselves. Therefore, although you have purchased Sierra Chart Usage Time for Package 11 for 6 months, you still need to activate (and pay) for the exchange itself. so how much is the the exchange fee. I was understanding that what i had paid was all included. maybe make it more clear for future customers. All the comments that come out of new customers is that there needs to be a better format to sierra charts to explain things. Maybe make videos anyways just a suggestion so that u have less cancelations. so this fee i have to pay on a monthly basis separately?
