Tried to activate exchange but did not work

I was going to pay for my Sierra chart package 11 and I wanted to follow your suggestion for keeping the exchange fees down and activate the $10.40 data for the ES and NQ and the just the top of book for the rest for $3.25. I clicked the activate but it did not work. What do I need to do. I will wake up early before the US markets open and hopefully you will give me instructions on what I need to do. thanks |

Well the first thing you need to do is to add credit to your account to pay for the renewal of package 11. It has expired. And then you can pay for the exchange fees. So make sure you add enough to pay for service package 11 which is 46 USD per month and enough for the exchange fees.
