I have an Infinity (Transact)platform and had a sierra package. I paid 26.00 on April 21 too Sierra Chart , Now I am being bill 26.00 again on May 2 , this is not 30 days , Can someone Advise me . |

What exactly is the "being bill 26.00 again on May 2" coming from? Did you receive an email regarding the need to fund, and what date did it give for when your time would be ending? Right now, your account is due to renew on May 22, 2021. You already have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the renewal, although this was just today. Just so you are currently up-to-date and do not need to do anything further at the moment.
