What exactly is the "being bill 26.00 again on May 2" coming from? Did you receive an email regarding the need to fund, and what date did it give for when your time would be ending? Right now, your account is due to renew on May 22, 2021. You already have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the renewal, although this was just today.
