Just made a payment to cover my renewal later this week.

Why am I seeing a message saying I have no exchanges enabled? I've had CME enabled for that past 1.5+ years.

You were 2 days late in your payment to cover the cost of the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional trading accounts. That fee was due on May 1, therefore the exchange was disabled.

You can re-enable it by going to the following page, and logging in with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password and then scrolling the bottom of the page and selecting the button next to the exchange that states Reactivate Exchange:

So there's two different renewal dates to keep track of?

One for CME, apparently always on the 1st.

One for everything else, apparently on the 7th.

Yes, there are two renewal dates. The exchange fees are always on a Calendar basis, so they are always due on the first day of the month in GMT time.

The Sierra Chart usage time actually works on a 31 day schedule, so when you pay for a "month" you are actually buying 31 days of usage time. Therefore, the exact day it is due will shift in or out a bit based on the number of days in the month. Plus, the exact day of the month it is on is dependent on when you first opened your account with us.

The dates are always relative to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), which is why we tell everyone to have their money in place prior to the actual date, that way they do not need to worry about whether they got it in, in time or not.
