Control Bar 2 Not Visible when opened in new window

Hello, I have one Chartbook open with just 3 windows. Ie same instrument but different timeframes. I can open Control Bar 2 in each just fine. But If I open a chart in a new window via Crl+Alt+D....I can't access the Control Bar 2. This only seems to be an issue in Win10. I don't have that issue with SC on my Win 7 computer. Thanks, |

What exactly do you mean by "I can't access the Control Bar 2."? When you detach a window, it is now it's own window as far as Sierra Chart and the operating system are concerned. So in order to get a Control Bar on that window, you have to select "Window >> Control Bar >> Control Bar 2" on that window. You can not do it from the main Sierra Chart screen. yes...i totally understand that. When a chart is opened in a separate window, and THEN doing the "Window >> Control Bar >> Control Bar 2" on that window"..... Control Bar 2 does not appear. Nothing happens. Thanks |

Does Control Bar 2 have anything defined for it? Do you have this problem with any other control bar number? This is something that has not been changed or touched in a long time, and there has never been an issue with it, so we have to check the most basic things first. Yes, Price Retrc, Line Hortz Line, Vert Line, Rewrd Risk, Chart Calc tool It works perfectly fine on my other computer on Win 7, but not on my Win 10 machine Control Bar 1 is the only other one I use, and it's working fine on the opened windows. Thanks, |
