What exactly do you mean by "I can't access the Control Bar 2."? When you detach a window, it is now it's own window as far as Sierra Chart and the operating system are concerned. So in order to get a Control Bar on that window, you have to select "Window >> Control Bar >> Control Bar 2" on that window. You can not do it from the main Sierra Chart screen.
