I heard from a friend that your Simulated Futures Trading Service is much more accurate than using the default simulated environment. Is this the case when I'm on Denali / SC data feed? If so, how can I easily use my Denali feed with the simulated environment?

I tried following these instructions:

But I received the error message: "Account not assigned". I'm also not sure if I can have my live trading account and sim environment open at the same time ?

The Simulated Futures Trading Service does have some advantages over the built-in Simulation mode. The main differences are that it supports Server-Side orders, so you do not need to keep your Sierra Chart software running after you have placed a trade; and it has a running account balance. You can see all the information on the service on the page you linked.

You should not have any problem if you followed the instructions on that page. Make sure you are on the latest Pre-Release version 2253. And try going through the instructions again and let us know if you continue to have an issue. The Setup Instructions are here:

Thanks for the quick reply. I did in fact follow the instructions and upgraded to this pre-release version before posting this. I try to exhaust the manual as much as possible before posting
