The Simulated Futures Trading Service does have some advantages over the built-in Simulation mode. The main differences are that it supports Server-Side orders, so you do not need to keep your Sierra Chart software running after you have placed a trade; and it has a running account balance. You can see all the information on the service on the page you linked. You should not have any problem if you followed the instructions on that page. Make sure you are on the latest Pre-Release version 2253. And try going through the instructions again and let us know if you continue to have an issue.
