I switched off my Denali CME feed today and I want to start to receive NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ stock data feed starting 1st May. I cannot figure out how to do that in my account as I do not find any data feed option for stocks. Can you please advise how I can do that? Is this a problem if I have a Denali feed package? |

The U.S. Stock data is fed by the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, not the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, to get the stock data, you would need to go through the Setup process for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then activate the U.S. Equities exchange. You will find the Setup Instructions at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions There is no problem using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed along with, or without, the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#UsingBothDenaliExchangeDataFeedAndSierraChartExchangeDataFeed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

OK - but I don't want both exchanges for May. I want to switch my date feed from futures over to stocks. I don't want to pay for both Exchange feeds. How can I make the switch so I don't pay both when I am not using futures data? |

I should only need to pay the 10.50 for the NYSE/NASDAQ/AMEX stock feeds as I am already paying exchange fees to SierraChart for unused data feed.

This is how I managed it last time but now seems problematic.

You are not paying for any exchanges on the Denali Exchange Data Feed anymore, so that is good. Now you need to change your Package selection to Package 5. You can make this change at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices Once you do that, you will be done with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Then, in order to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the U.S. Equities, follow these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have paid the subscription up to Sep '21. How does changing this package affect my annual subscription? I think originally I had an annual subscription to package 5 but it seems the packages have all changed since I last looked. Now it seems I have a subscription to package 11 until Sep '21 which includes the Denali Exchange fees. So how do I not lose that "value" on my subscription? |

When you make a change to your service package, only the remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
