The U.S. Stock data is fed by the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, not the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, to get the stock data, you would need to go through the Setup process for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then activate the U.S. Equities exchange.
