Hello I'm very confused with being directed and redirected to threads, posts, etc etc I just want to upgrade my package to include real-time data for NYMEX CL21 (Crude oil futures), ES21- (E-MINI S&P CME), and 6BH21 (British Pound futures CME) I think I only require the Denali exchange data? However, it asks me to provide account and broker info. I don't have this as as yet I'm only on simulation (I'm a G7FX student). It then says if I don't have this information I'll be liable for CME professional fees?.....I don't understand what this means. I was told by G7FX that to add the real time live data to my current package would cost £15 approx. The issue you are coming across is that the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the (much) lower-priced non-Professional exchange fees, you have to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Sierra Chart verifies this electronically when you connect to your account. Therefore, in order to activate a Non-Professional exchange, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account with one of the trading services that we support.
