The issue you are coming across is that the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the (much) lower-priced non-Professional exchange fees, you have to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Sierra Chart verifies this electronically when you connect to your account. Therefore, in order to activate a Non-Professional exchange, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account with one of the trading services that we support.
