I have a live trading account is Infinity Transact Futures and I have bought data from Transact. I use Sierra Chart as charting. I can not connect to data feed at all. What to do ? This is the pertinent line: TransAct WS | Trade Account not set. Unable to connect.
You have not entered all the information on your Data/Trade Service Settings for the TransAct service. In particular, the Trade Account information is missing. Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and enter the missing Trade Account information.
